The Grapes of Wrath-Book Talk

The Grapes of Wrath is really good, it follows the Joad family, mainly Tom Joad who just got out of jail for homicide. This books perspective is in third-person, but not an omniscient view, so you can't tell the character inner thoughts which is nice. The book follows the Joad family as they depart their family home in Oklahoma, where all the land has been bought by the banks, to go to California along with thousands of other family's in search of work. Along the way they face lots of challenges, including running out of money and people rejecting them. One note, there are a lot of inappropriate staements in this book. The ending few pages are really strange, like Really strange. I recommend this booki, just as long as you can stomach a few swearwords.
