Getting lost at the Dallas airport
Charlie Parrott
I was just about eight when my family was flying to meet some family and we had a connecting flight at the Dallas airport. Me, my mother, and my sister were all walking to our gate, when we decided to just take the shuttle. I got on first and the doors closed right after i got on, before my mother or sister could. Now me, being not very smart did not think of just getting off at the next stop, instead I rode it for a few minutes before I got the courage to get off and talk to a airport staff member, who called my mother over the intercom and she came and picked me up, and it was all good.

Falling out of a Car-Slice of Life
I was young, maybe 6 or 7. My sister had a soccer tournament down in Pueblo. she was playing one of the games of the day when it started to rain. Of course the game had to be stopped and most of her team piled into my dads Honda Pilot. Due to the number of people we had to put up the seats in the back. there was still a space in between the back seats and the back door. I was sitting back there while everyone was watching Shrek. I was leaning against the back door when my mom suddenly opened it from the outside, and I fell with my head hitting against the asphalt.

Limericks
Limericks
There once was a man quite frozen
Who was stranded somewhere in the ocean
He believed to see a ship
But in shouting he slipped
And caused quite the commotion
Winter Break
A family sitting around the fire
Let’s just hope it doesn’t turn into a pyre
Because trees by fires are dangerous
And dying by fire is hardly painless
And that situation could turn quite dire
Logan
There once was a student from Logan
Whose joking caused quite the commotion
But one day
His jokes got to risqué
And he was discovered to be Minnesotan

The Last Cavalry Charge-poem
The men cold
The horses anxious
Preparing for the charge
Mount! calls a voice
Draw! it calls again
CHARGE! says the voice many
yes, charge, charge straight into the Russian line
Horses and men cut down like so many stalks of corn.
The last charge
a failure
The horses anxious
Preparing for the charge
Mount! calls a voice
Draw! it calls again
CHARGE! says the voice many
yes, charge, charge straight into the Russian line
Horses and men cut down like so many stalks of corn.
The last charge
a failure

The Time Machine-Book Talk
The Time Machine
H.G. Wells
Science Fiction
This book is about a scientist who develops a machine to travel in time with. he travels far in the future, and distant in the past. he tells the story to his colleagues, who disbelieve him, until he gives proof of his adventure. this book is rather short and is a easy reading book, but still has a lot of interesting concepts, which are decidedly ahead of its time (heh). i would recommend this for anyone of any age who wants a nice simple story.

Stream of Thought
Stream of thought
What to write about? That is the question, whether tis
nobler in the mind’s eye to sit and try to think what I am thinking of, or
whether tis better to make up a bunch of B.S. and pass it off as my own
thoughts. I don’t know what to write. Why would I know what’s in my unconscious
mind. It the part that works on its own. Speaking (or thinking of) how would
one enter ones unconscious mind, is there a key or a gate guard to ask or does
one need to sneak up to the guards, and render them unconscious using a
head-lock. Questions, questions. Sneaking up on guards is fun, especially in Thief
and Dishonored. I want another good thief game. Hopefully Thief 4 will be good.
Ah, it will probably be terrible. You can’t
possibly have noticed, but I just spent about a minute staring blankly into
space thinking of what to write. I would write many more thoughts, but most of
them have swears and I don’t like censorship. Speaking of swears, this one time
when my mom saw a spider she said “S&!T” really loudly, then she realized I
was there and said “Shoot”. Thinking of S&!T this day hasn’t been great. First
I am at my dad’s house and he can be annoying sometimes. Then I had to wake up early for French and then it was super
cold. But in French we did get to make croquet madame’s, which is like grilled
cheese with ham and egg, oh and the bread is French toast. It’s really good. I
also discovered two cool fonts last night:
langdon and
kelson!
Both of
these are pretty fun to use and I made a quote with them, check it out later!

Curse to EA (Really Annoying Game Company)
Ye mangy low-down dogs, may you lose your buyers and forever perish. May no money be made by EA till the CEO's turn to cannibalism and eat the company fro the inside. May there be no day 1 DLC or always-online lest the bloated body of EA finally die
